Welcome to Air Niugini Travel Bank​

Travel Bank is an account that allows you to hold travel credits and use them as a form of payment to fund your future travel. You can own a Travel Bank account and have access to manage your travel credits.

Air Niugini will create your Travel Bank account under the following eligible terms; 

• ​You must become a Destination Member with a valid ID that is recognized by the Government, for example; Driver's Licence, Passport, National ID Card, Superannuation ID or an Authorised Company ID
• You must have a valid email address.​​

Upon the creation of your Travel Bank account, you will receive a welcome email with a username and a password reset email to create your password.

If you are a Destination Loyalty Member or an Executive Club Member, you can contact our Commercial Service Centre on toll-free number 180 3444 or email csc@airniugini.com.pg to create your Travel Bank account.

Take Note: Destination Loyalty Members and Executive Club Members can log into their Travel Bank account using their Destination Loyalty and Executive Club Members username and password.

Travel Bank credits are redeemable through the website www.airniugini.com.pg, contact Commercial Service Centre toll-free number on 180 3444 or see your nearest Air Niugini Travel Centre.
